High strength grinding mill mainly consists of host, blowers, ultrafine analysis machine, finished products cyclone collector, bag-type dust collector, connecting pipe and other components.
Work principle of high strength grinding mill: Broken materials are conveyed into storage warehouse by bucket elevator, and then, uniformly sent to grinding room by vibrating feeder for grinding. Draught fan will blow wind into grinding room of the mill, and blow up powder to analysis machine for wind separating. Particles not up to fine degrees will fall back to mill for regrinding, while qualified fine powder is entered into finished products cyclone powder collector with airflow, then fine powder separated from air will be finished products and discharged through discharging mouth. Materials containing a certain amount of water will produce a certain amount of water vapor when grinding, and a certain amount of gas will enter into the pipeline due to the absolutely tight sealing, resulting in increasing of circulating air volume. In order to ensure the micro powder grinding mill to work under negative pressure, extra air in the bag filter should be cleared and discharged into the atmosphere.
