This process includes vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor and centrally electric controlling system, etc.
The designed capacity of complete aggregate crushing plant is from 50t/h to 500t/h, and the max feeding size of this process is 1000mm.
The main materials of this process is including soft rock or stone whose compressive strength is less than 150MPa, such as limestone, dolomite, shale, gypsum, granite, basalt, river stone and so on in high railway, hydroelectric dam construction, tailings mechanism sand, mechanism sandstone quarry, cement and sandstone joint production, abandoned mining recycling, building materials, and chemical industry.
